The big question ahead of the 2021 baseball season is, will Padres fans be allowed to attend games? The answer, like so much in 2021, is complicated. The short answer is a Fauci Shrug. Are people wearing their masks? Are they getting vaccines? Little by little, signs of dawn are rising after this dark pandemic thanks to science, public education and conscientious behavior.
So, if its true, as it seems, that a limited percentage of Petco Park’s capacity will be opened up to fans at some point in the 2021 season, the question becomes who? Which fans? And how! And when!
Padres Season Tickets
Early word, and common sense, dictate that priority will go to San Diego Padres Season Ticket holders. It’s the best way to get a shot inside the ballpark to attend games in 2021. If you see the phrase Padres Membership
or Season Ticket Membership, that means the same thing as season ticket holders. By purchasing season tickets, you become a Padres Member and vice-versa.
How To Get Season Tickets For 2021
Padres fans can still put their name in the hat and request season tickets for the upcoming baseball season. Here’s what you’ll need to do: visit this page
and place a priority deposit ($200 per ticket). Note actual prices of season tickets will vary. Cost depends on seat location and game quality (date, opponent, etc.)
Padres Membership Benefits
Padres Membership gets you Priority Ticket Access and Post Season Access for 2021, the best available seating locations, invitations to member events and other bonuses and perks, such as concession discounts. It’s also seeming likely that season ticket holders could be the only ones with access to tickets at all in 2021.
Season Ticket Packages
Membership Plans come in four flavors: Flex, Blue, Gold and Full Season. They range from 10 games to full season packages.
